VEA | 
The Antwerp Freight Forwarding and Logistic Association is the legally recognised professional association of freight forwarders. Freight forwarders, shipping agents for industry or professional physical distribution centers can affiliate. They must be active as freight forwarder, freight forwarding agent or custom broker, and hold the legally prescribed licenses. The main object is to protect the professional interest of its members in relationship with other groups of interests and authorities, on local, national as well as international level, and to promote the freight forwarding trade in general. |

ALFAPORT | 
Roof organisation of the Antwerp private port economy, uniting the professional organisations in shipping, cargo representation and cargo handling, in charge of defending their common interests, dealing with interprofessional problems and active in port promotion. |

PORT-I-COM |

VRC | 
The "Vereniging van Rotterdamse Cargodoors" (= Association of Rotterdam Shipbrokers & Agents) aims to moniter the ship's agents interests in every respect. Much attention is paid to keep the port of Rotterdam attractive for ships and cargoes. VRC is a lobby organisation as well. The VRC deals with matters such as harbour doues, customs issues, pilotage, education, information and communication technology, short sea / feeder and sailing lists. |

HIDC | 
The "Holland International Distribution Council" is a private, non-profit organisation providing matchmaking services for logistics partnerships in Europe. HIDC represents the logistic sector in the Netherlands and helps international companies to make a smooth entry into the European market. |

FENEX | 
Fenex is Netherlands' Association for Forwarding and Logistics. Its objective is to strengthen the position of the organised freight forwarder in Holland. In view of the many specialised activities which exists in the sector, Fenex has a structure of councils, composed of the member companies, which develop and execute activities & policies applicable to their trade sectors on a common basis. This structure permits the establishment of a steady policy, accounting for all interests occurring in the freight forwarding sector. |

TLN | 
Transport and Logistics Netherlands is an organisation representing the mutual interests of a branch with 12000 transport companies and logistical service providers. TLN represents the interests of this branch as well locally as regionally, nationally and internationally. |
